    • THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME OF OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR SERVICE PERSONNEL:
      • Provide support to our CNC customers and distributors (via email & phone)
      • Troubleshoot problems and provide guidance to distributors' technical staff
      • Operate and test CNC systems (including servo drives and motors)
      • Prepare status and technical service reports on a timely basis
      • Work effectively with customers and suppliers to quickly resolve open issues

While the preceding two employment opportunities may be filled in a variety of locations throughout the country, the following position requires relocating to Orange County, CA; home of the finest weather in the United States!

  • APPLICATIONS
    • HERE ARE SOME OF THE DUTIES FOR APPLICATIONS PERSONNEL:
      • Assist customers and sales with time studies and evaluations of the appropriateness of our machine systems
      • Train end-users and distributors in the use of our CNC systems
      • Develop application and sales tools to assist our customers and our sales force in the use of CNC controls
      • Create product demonstrations for customer presentations and trade shows
      • Evaluate customer requirements and propose product and tooling to meet their needs
