Its 2500 lb. high-density polymer composite base provides several unique benefits including: vibration dampening for improved accuracy and surface finish, sound deadening, resistance to chemicals and corrosion, increased tool life (up to 30%), and superior size/weight ratio. Additionally, the composite casting process allows for complex base design resulting in ergonomic component placement and excellent chip and coolant flow. Where floor space is a premium, and speed and accuracy are a necessity, the compact GT Sprint delivers big results.
