Introducing a compact vertical machining center designed and built with a High Speed Processor and High Speed Spindle. The CV25 has been specifically developed to accommodate the production of powdered metals, graphite electrodes, microwave components, airframe structures, and die cast chassis. This new machining center boasts a super-precision 25,000 rpm spindle with an integrated 10 hp motor providing chip removal at 600 inches per minute. Its 5000 lb. high-density polymer composite base provides several unique benefits including: vibration dampening for improved accuracy and surface finish, sound deadening, resistance to chemicals and corrosion, increased tool life (up to 40%), and superior size/weight ratio. Additionally, the composite casting process allows for complex base design resulting in ergonomic component placement and excellent chip and coolant flow.
